PURPOSE: A ripening apparatus for natural food is provided to evenly heat an inner ripening room with hot air heated by a heater. CONSTITUTION: A hollow outer ripening room(10) is equipped with an outer door(11). A hollow inner ripening room(20) is positioned within the hollow inside of the outer ripening room, and equipped with an inner door(21) corresponding to the outer door. An upper circuit(30) is positioned between the upper part of the inner ripening room and the outer ripening room, and circulates heat. Side first circuits(40a, 40b) circulate the heat supplied from the upper circuit toward the bottom of the inner ripening room. A lower first circuit(50) circulates heat from the side first circuit. A lower second circuit(60) is supplied heat from the lower first circuit, and contacts the lower part of the inner ripening room on the upper end. Side second circuits(70a, 70b) circulate heat supplied from the lower second circuit toward the upper part of the inner ripening room on the lower end, and supplies heat to the upper circuit on the upper end. A heater(80) is installed on at least one among the upper circuit, the side first circuits, the lower first circuit, the lower second circuit or the side second circuits. A supporting plate(12) is formed between the outer door and the inner door. A ventilator(13) ventilates air between the outside of the outer ripening room and the upper circuit. A vent hole(23b) is able to ventilate air to the upper circuit. |
