PURPOSE: A foreigner target three-step law education teaching method with an interdisciplinary technique is provided to enhance the effectiveness of crime prevention and train legal mind between immigrants through a teaching method of social/cultural view points at a Korean conversation level between the immigrants. CONSTITUTION: Social reality and cultural reality are described to confirm the understanding of words to be used and set situations in a first step. The learning about a phenomenon of feelings of law and legalization is performed in a second step. A juristic method and law education are trained in a third step. |
