PURPOSE: A heat exchanger for a boiler is provided to improve the thermal efficiency of the heat exchanger by increasing a heating surface area as generated heat is discharged upwards from the lower part of the body through a plurality of water tube units. CONSTITUTION: A heat exchanger for a boiler comprises a first water tube unit, a second water tube unit, and a third water tube(140). First water tubes(121,122,123) of the first tube unit are attached alternately to both walls(112) of a body along a height direction of the walls. Second water tubes(131,132,133) of the second tube unit are attached to the both walls of the body under the first water tubes along an inner width direction of the body.
