PURPOSE: A connecting method of a terminal lead and a bus bar is provided to improve durability, dust resistance, and abrasion resistance of a secondary battery by seam-welding a positive electrode terminal lead or a negative electrode terminal lead with the bus bar for connecting. CONSTITUTION: A connecting method of a terminal lead(30) of a secondary battery including an electrode assembly(10) and positive and negative electrode terminal leads drawn from the electrode assembly with a bus bar(50) comprises a step of connecting the positive electrode terminal lead or negative electrode lead by seam-welding. For the seam-welding, the current is applied by a DC inverter method. The applied current for seam-welding is 3000-12,000 A. An upper electrode and/or lower electrode in which a base material is inserted are a wheel type.
