PURPOSE: An air vent device for a vehicle is provided to express the strength of wind discharged from an outlet by using lights of a luminous body so that passengers on the vehicle can visually confirm the strength of the wind. CONSTITUTION: An air vent device for a vehicle comprises one or more outlets, a controlling member, a slot(20), a luminous body(30), and a rotator(40). The slot is arranged spaced from the outlet to a lateral direction by penetrating through the air vent device. The luminous body emits lights when a vehicle air conditioner operates and is separately arranged upward to the slot so that the lights are exposed to the inside of the vehicle through the slot. The rotator includes a blade unit(42), a cover(44), and a connection unit.
