PURPOSE: A defect marking system and a defect marking device used for the same are provided to include a protection circuit for cutting off power supplying to a spraying unit when a short circuit or disconnection is generated, thereby preventing damage to the spraying unit even though a spraying nozzle control unit is down. CONSTITUTION: A defect marking system comprises a photographing unit(210), a pulse signal generating unit(220), a distance calculating unit, a defect detecting unit, a system controller, a spraying unit, and a spraying control unit. The photographing unit includes a plurality of cameras(211-216) photographing a target object(10) by using lights reflected by the target object. The pulse signal generating unit generates pulse signals by the rotation of a rotating device. The distance calculating unit calculates a moving distance of the target object by using the pulse signals input by the pulse signal generating unit. The defect detecting unit detects the existence of defects of the target object and positions of the defects based on the image information of the target object input by the photographing unit. The system control unit outputs the information with respect to the calculated moving distance and detected defect positions. The spraying unit sprays ink supplied from an ink supplying device(230) to the target object.
