<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a coated metal plate, capable of manufacturing a coated metal plate with hammer tone pattern in a simple process. <P>SOLUTION: The method for manufacturing coated metal plate includes: a step of preparing a metal plate formed with under coating film on the surface; a step of applying top coating material containing organic resin, color pigment, metallic pigment, silicone compound and solvent to the under coating film; and a step of drying applied top coating material after forming an infinite form of pattern, leaving the metal plate with applied top coating material untouched. As the silicone compound, silicone-based water repellent is used, which includes dimethyl polysiloxane, methyl hydropolysiloxane, silicone oil, silicone varnish, organochlorosilane, and silanol reactive silicone monomer. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
