<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To dissolve stress and bring a body into a state that the body hardly causes various sicknesses from a stiff neck or lower back pain to an internal organ disorder by forming and training a lower abdominal point to effectively promote health. <P>SOLUTION: The lower abdominal point is formed by fixing a pelvis, lifting thigh/buttocks in a base axis direction with a line extending to the central cavity of an ilium and a sacrum as the base axis to bend a lumbar and a sacroiliac joint, generating a bulge in an upper abdomen in a lower abdominal region, and generating flower core-like contraction of a lower abdominal muscle group in a lower abdomen. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
