<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a refrigerator that enhances the visibility of stored items without deteriorating the ease of use even if they are put at positions higher than a user's eyes. <P>SOLUTION: The refrigerator includes an insulated box 21 internally formed with a refrigeration compartment 29 by insulating materials 24, the refrigeration compartment 29 has an upper storage division 29b and a lower storage division 29c which are different in depth, the depth of the upper storage division 29b is set narrower than that of the lower storage division 29c, and a mirror 140 which allows a user to visually confirm up to an inner part of the upper storage division 29b by reflection is arranged on a frontward top face or side surface of the upper storage division 29b. Therefore, even a short person can visually confirm a target stored item 130 put in the upper storage division 29b by reflection of the mirror 140.
