<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To bring the value of HOMO of a specific light-emitting dopant close to the value of HOMO of other light-emitting dopant. <P>SOLUTION: The organic light-emitting element has a first electrode, a second electrode, and a luminous layer interposed between the first and second electrodes. The luminous layer contains a host material, a first emitter and a second emitter.
