<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a foreign medical care or nursing care professional supply system for easily finding appropriate talents. <P>SOLUTION: In a system comprising job hunting information storage means 2 for foreign job hunters, job offer information storage means 3 for job offerers, and information operation processing means 1 connected to the storage means 2 and 3 to match conditions of the job hunters and conditions of the job offerers, the information operation processing means 1 determines that job hunter's learning level of Japanese has reached a prescribed Japanese acquisition level, determines that job hunter's learning level of expert knowledge has reached a prescribed expert knowledge acquisition level, notifies the job hunter of the fact that he/she is qualified to take a qualification test related to the expert knowledge, and when the job hunter inputs information indicating that he/she has passed the qualification test, finds the job offerer whose job offer condition from the job offer information storage means 3 matches the job hunting condition of the job hunter from the job hunting information storage means 2, and notifies the job offerer and the job hunter of the match. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
