<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a regulator for fluid in which any foreign matter or moisture can hardly intrude via an atmospheric communication hole, and the abrasion or corrosion of a seal surface in a piston chamber can be suppressed. <P>SOLUTION: Disclosed is a regulator 1 for fluid including a fluid inlet 5 to which high pressure fluid is introduced; a pressure adjustment chamber 27 configured to adjust a fluid pressure; a valve seat 12 formed with a communication path 8 communicating the fluid inlet 5 with the pressure adjustment chamber 27; a pressure adjustment valve 10 configured so as to be butted to or isolated from the valve seat 12; a piston 25 connected to the pressure adjustment valve 10; and a piston chamber 20 configured to store the piston 25, the regulator 1 for fluid which being configured to open and close the pressure adjustment valve 10 via the piston 25 according to pressure fluctuation in the pressure adjustment chamber 27 caused by the introduction of fluid. An atmospheric communication hole 21 communicating the piston chamber 20 with atmosphere is arranged in a piston housing 3, and a porous film 22 for permitting the coming or outgoing of gas, and for preventing the intrusion of any foreign matter or moisture is arranged in the atmospheric communication hole 21. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
