<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a side channel information measuring device capable of measuring side channel information having higher relevance with encryption/decryption processing of an encryption device. <P>SOLUTION: A side channel information measuring device includes: a leakage information receiving section 11 for receiving leakage information leaked from an encryption device 8 as a side channel attack resistance evaluation object; a trigger generation section 12 for generating a trigger signal that is turned on when a portion indicating characteristics of encryption/decryption processing by the encryption device 8 satisfies a predetermined condition in leakage information; and a measurement section 13 for measuring the leakage information in response to the trigger signal. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT
