摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide: a lighting system that needs fewer waste material portion even when a plurality of light guide plates having a projection portion and a concave portion for positioning are cut out from a large plate material; a liquid crystal display device having the lighting system; and an electronic equipment having the liquid crystal display device. <P>SOLUTION: In a light guide plate 80 used for the liquid crystal display device and the lighting system, a concave portion 803a is installed at the side end face 803 on one side X1 in X axis direction and a projection portion 804b is formed at the side end face 804 on the other side X2 in the X axis direction, thereby, by using the concave portion 803a and the projection portion 804b, the light guide plate 80 can be positioned at a prescribed position of a frame body 9.
