<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a personal ornament in which contact between claws and a support part can be avoided even when a distance is shortened between the claws for fixing gems and the peripheral support part or a ring body, and in which latitude of design is high and an amount of bare metal to be used can be reduced, in the ornament having a structure with a swinging gem. <P>SOLUTION: When the personal ornament is worn on a user's finger, round rings 51, 53 swing relative to round rings 71, 73 in accordance with the movement of the finger, and thereby making a gem 30 swing integrally with a mounting part 40. Claws 401, 403 are situated on a line connecting the round rings 71, 73 and are very closely situated to the round rings 51, 53.
