摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vibration device capable of vibrating a sample while balancing high exciting force with rapid excitation and of efficiently consuming energy in response to the exciting force. <P>SOLUTION: A vibration device 10 comprises: a hydraulic vibration part 30 for vibrating a sample W by sliding a piston 32; and an electrodynamic vibration part 50 for vibrating the sample W by supplying AC current to a drive coil 53. Each maximum vibrating force of the vibration parts 30 and 50 is determined by a predetermined ratio to the maximum vibrating force of the vibration device 10. The vibration device 10 vibrates the sample W with at least one of the vibration parts 30 and 50 in accordance with energy efficiency of the hydraulic vibration part 30 when the hydraulic vibration part 30 singularly vibrates the sample W. When necessary vibrating force is greater than the maximum vibrating force of the hydraulic vibration part 30, the vibration device 10 synchronizes vibration operations of the vibration parts 30 and 50, vibrates the sample W with the maximum vibrating force at the hydraulic vibration part 30 and also compensates for remaining vibrating force at the electrodynamic vibration part 50. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT
