<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image pickup device which realizes reduction in read-out voltage and read-out time while suppressing complication of a structure of a read-out unit. <P>SOLUTION: Light-receiving sensor units 101 arranged in array have an asymmetrical shape where the side of a read-out electrode 103 is longer and the opposite side is shorter. In the array arrangement, each row is composed of the light-receiving sensor units 101 pointing in a common direction, and two kinds of rows of the light-receiving sensor units 101 pointing in directions opposite to each other are arranged alternately in the vertical direction. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
