METHOD FOR MANUFACTUREING CRASH PAD OF VEHICLE USING POLYURETHANE SPRAY SKIN FORMING

PURPOSE: A crash pad manufacturing method of a vehicle using a PU(Poly Urethane) spray skin forming method is provided to omit the utilization of a primer and to reduce a cycle time of a manufacturing process as fluidic polyurethane material is spread onto a mold and a soft type skin portion is formed by the PU spray method. CONSTITUTION: A crash pad manufacturing method of a vehicle using a PU spray skin forming method is as follows. A core is formed on an upper mold of a mold(12) for manufacturing a crash pad(10). A material for forming a skin is spread on the inside of a cavity of a lower mold of the mold by using a spray gun(14) so that a skin layer is formed. A foam material is laminated on the skin layer so that a foam layer is formed. The upper and lower molds contact to each other so that the materials are pressurized. The crash pad integrated with a core-foam-skin by press molding is separated.
