<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of producing a resin molded article for suppressing an amount of VOC (Volatile Organic Compounds) discharged from a resin molded article produced by molding a polybutylene terephthalate resin or a resin composition containing the resin, and to provide a method for determining production conditions of a resin molded article. <P>SOLUTION: The production method includes: drying a polybutylene terephthalate resin or a resin composition containing the resin before molding, under specific drying conditions; and molding the polybutylene terephthalate resin or the resin composition containing the resin under specific conditions. In the specific drying conditions, the drying temperature is preferably selected from the range of 80°C or higher and 180°C or lower; and the drying time is preferably selected from the range of 3 hours or more and 36 hours or less. In the specific molding conditions, the cylinder temperature is preferably selected from the range of 220°C or higher and lower than 270°C; and the cooling time is preferably selected from the range of less than 40 seconds. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
