<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a boom and boom cylinder assembling method and device for assembling a boom and a boom cylinder while preventing the elongation of the boom cylinder to enable quick assembly. <P>SOLUTION: When a boom 8 is hoisted by a hoisting device and mounted on a revolving frame 2, a boom cylinder 9 is supported at its bottom side end being pinned 13 to the boom 8, via a tube supporting member 14. The outer peripheral face of a boss 9c of a piston rod of the boom cylinder 9 is encircled by a rod fixing member 14, and the rod fixing member 14 is fixed to a tube 9a of the boom cylinder 9 to prevent the elongation of the piston rod 9b. A boss 8a of the boom 8 and the boss 9c of the piston rod 9b are aligned to corresponding bosses 8a, 8b of the revolving frame 2 by the hoisting device, and pinned thereto. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
