<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric connector, in which a first housing is always completely fitted with a mating connector regardless of a manufacturing tolerance of a product, and that can obtain a desired transmission characteristic without impedance mismatching. <P>SOLUTION: An electric connector 1 comprises: a first housing 10 having a contact 11 fitted with a mating connector 40 and contacting a mating contact 60 provided on the mating connector 40; a second housing 20 having a lock part 23 supporting the first housing 10 movably in a fitting direction and a direction opposite to the fitting direction, and locked on the mating connector 40 side; and an elastic member 30 supported by the second housing 20 and energizing the first housing 40 in the fitting direction. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
