<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make pupil transmittance maximum without using a field lens, even if an interval between an imaging lens and an objective lens changes. <P>SOLUTION: A microscope device 1 of the present invention comprises: a light source 2 for oscillating laser light L to be radiated to a sample S; a microscope optical system 10 having an imaging lens 28 and an objective lens 29 for making the laser light L incident and focus on the sample S; a relay optical system 9 having a first relay lens 25 and a second relay lens 26 for relaying the laser light L from the light source 2 to the microscope optical system 10; and a lens movement mechanism 27 for adjusting an interval between the first relay lens 25 and the second relay lens 26, according to the interval between the imaging lens 28 and the objective lens 29. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
