<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat labile molded plastic bottle which is capable of keeping excellent appearance of the plastic bottle when the plastic bottle is heated even if the plastic bottle is thin-walled, and capable of preventing a peripheral edge thereof from being bent when a bottom part thereof is pushed up. <P>SOLUTION: The heat labile molded plastic bottle 10 includes a mouth part 11, a barrel part 20 and a bottom part 30. The barrel part 20 has a substantially square prismatic shape having four side faces 21, a boundary surface 22 is formed between the barrel parts 20, and a plurality of barrel part recessed ribs 25a, 25b, 25c extending in the axial direction of the barrel part 20 are provided on the boundary surface 22.
