<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a space of a device which conducts hydrothermal treatment and dehydration treatment, and efficiently utilize a high-temperature high-pressure state in the hydrothermal treatment also for the dehydration treatment. <P>SOLUTION: An outer pipe 3 for conducting the hydrothermal treatment and a dehydration pipe 11 for conducting the dehydration treatment are arranged on a hydrothermal treatment device body 1 to integrate a hydrothermal treatment mechanism and a dehydration treatment mechanism. Organic sludge 31 is stored in the dehydration pipe 11, and the hydrothermal treatment is carried out in a subcritical atmosphere to the organic sludge by using steam in a subcritical state. A piston 12 is pressed to a dehydration pipe cover part 11a in the high-temperature high-pressure atmosphere in the subcritical state where the hydrothermal treatment is carried out so as to conduct the dehydration treatment for separating a contained liquid component by compressing the organic sludge. After an end of dehydration, an opening/closing valve 4a is opened and the steam inside is emitted from an exhaust pipe 4 to an external of the outer pipe 3 to depressurize an inside of the outer pipe 3 to an atmospheric pressure. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
