<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate a registration of a tire position to a tire state monitoring device. <P>SOLUTION: In order to specify a position of each of the tires 11a-11d mounted on a vehicle 10, each of tire sensors 20a to 20d incorporates an acceleration sensor. Since on-vehicle equipment 30 of the tire state monitoring device communicates wirelessly with these tires, the on-vehicle equipment 30 simultaneously instructs a request for starting registration of positions of tire sensors to all tire sensors 20a to 20d, respectively, in order to perform a communication with each of the tire sensors, thereafter each of the tire sensors transmits the request for registration of its position to the on-vehicle equipment 30 upon detection of vibration by means of the incorporated acceleration sensor in accordance with the procedure and the on-vehicle equipment 30 specifies a position of each of the tire sensors. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
