<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a facility inspection system for always executing appropriate and efficient inspection work by coordinating monitoring situations of facility equipment in various plants with inspection work of the facility equipment in accordance with the monitoring situations in real time. <P>SOLUTION: When a facility inspection server 4 is notified of operating conditions of a plant from a plant monitoring control device 1, an inspection planning part 4b of the facility inspection server 4 extracts inspection content which is suitable for the operating conditions from an inspection planning table 4a in which various inspection contents are preliminarily listed up and registered, and registers the inspection content in an inspection content DB 4c.
