PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve a system which allows the user of a stray child discovery service of small number of users to discover a stray child easily, even in such a situation that a large number of service providers provide the stray child discovery service.SOLUTION: A beacon discovery system includes a plurality of intermediate servers (200) providing stray child discovery services different from each other, and an ID management server (100) communicating with each intermediate servers. Upon receiving a notification that the terminal (300) of a user of stray child discovery service cannot detect a beacon (400) from some intermediate server, the ID management server instructs other intermediate server to acquire the information about the beacon from the terminal of a user of stray child discovery service.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
