<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a walking assisting implement simultaneously materializing both facilitation of a walking motion and reduction of production cost. <P>SOLUTION: This walking assisting implement 100 supporting bipedal locomotion includes: a connection part 70; first leg parts 10, 20 and second leg parts 30, 40 each extending in one direction; a first foot part 50 and a second foot part 60 on which both the feet of a user are placed one foot by one foot; and stoppers 80, 90 supporting the first leg parts and the second leg parts in inclined attitudes wherein the first leg parts and the second leg part are inclined to prescribed directions, releasing the support of the first leg parts when the first foot part floats, and releasing the support of the second leg parts when the second foot part floats. The first foot part, the first leg parts, the connection part, the second leg parts, and the second foot part are turnably connected in a U shape as a whole. When applying a load on the first foot part, the second foot part floats to move to a direction to which the second leg parts are inclined by gravitation, and when applying a load on the second foot part, the first foot part floats to move to a direction to which the first leg parts are inclined by gravitation. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
