<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lighting device capable of restraining as much glare as possible, even when one's eyes are turned toward a light source direction. <P>SOLUTION: The lighting device includes: a point light source arranged at a given position of a mirror face and emitting light of high directivity in a normal direction of the mirror face; and a sheet body consisting of a reflecting part arranged crossing an axis direction of light emitted from the point light source and reflecting the light emitted from the point light source toward the mirror face, and a transmission control part transmitting at least part of light reflected at the reflecting part and re-reflected at the mirror face.
