<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide compositions which promote cornification of the skin, maintain moisture of the skin and improve trouble of the skin such as formation of wrinkles, the anomaly of texture and the rough skin, and further, to obtain formulations which promote production of filaggrins, loricrins, peptidylarginine deiminases (PADI-1), histidases or the like, promote cornification and keep the beautiful skin. <P>SOLUTION: A cornification promoter, filaggrin production promoter, loricrin production promoter, PADI-1 production promoter and histidase production promoter include the enzymatic decomposition product of a water-insoluble protein included in a pearl and/or a shell as an active constituent. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
