<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cooling fan control device capable of maintaining a proper operation temperature by suppressing time delay of a cooling device even when current consumption of an electronic component suddenly fluctuates. <P>SOLUTION: This cooling fan control device in a device 100 mounted with an electronic component 104 and a cooling fan 103 has a temperature sensor 13 to measure the temperatures in the inside of the device 100, a current detector 11 to detect current consumption of the electronic component 104, and a rotation speed control part 15 to control the rotation speed of the cooling fan 103. The rotation speed control part calculates the basic rotation speed of the cooling fan 103 on the basis of a difference between the temperature in the inside of the device 100 and a target temperature. Each amount of change in current consumption of the electronic component 104 is detected for every prescribed timing in a prescribed period, and a correction value coefficient determined for every timing is specified from a prescribed coefficient table, and the product of each amount of change and the correction value coefficient is added to calculate a correction value.
