<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a controller which achieves both of securing responsiveness to an energy consumption suppressing request, and harmonization of achievement of energy consumption suppressing target with user's comfort, when an object receives an energy consumption suppressing request from an energy supplier. <P>SOLUTION: A controller 30 for facility equipment includes a reception part 31, a first adjustment control section 36c, and a second adjustment control section 36d. The reception part receives the energy consumption suppressing request from the energy supplier. The first adjustment control section suppresses energy consumption at a predetermined level for a predetermined time right after the energy consumption suppression request. The second adjustment control section suppresses energy consumption at a level corresponding to the suppressing request for a predetermined subsequent time. Energy adjustment control is performed differently right after the reception of the energy consumption suppressing request and after that, so as to achieve both of securing responsiveness and the harmonization of achievement of energy consumption suppressing target with user's comfort, with ease. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
