The invention relates to the technical sector of the use of household and/or professional rolls, produced from aluminium paper, or plastic film such as two-way stretch or other polyethylene and similar materials. The dispensing package according to the invention comprises a container 1 and a lid 2 having an outlet zone 10 for the end of the rolled material providing a guiding and clamping function for the section of material and beyond means allowing the manual grasping of the end of the sheet and constituting a cutting line of the said section of material, the latter being detached by pulling in the transverse plane of the sheet after unrolling the required length. <IMAGE>
