PURPOSE: A refrigerant heat-emitting heater pipe fixing structure is provided to firmly fix refrigerant heat-emitting heater pipes to a sump tank without concerning to be separated from each other. CONSTITUTION: A refrigerant heat-emitting heater pipe fixing structure comprises a first refrigerant heat-emitting heater pipe(20), a second refrigerant heat-emitting heater pipe(30), a first connecting member(40), a second connecting member(50), and a fixing member(60). The second connecting member is inserted into the outside of the second refrigerant heat-emitting heater pipe and is combined with the first connecting member as attachable. Both ends of the fixing member are forcibly inserted into the first and second refrigerant heat-emitting pipes and each connecting member when the first and second connecting members are combined to keep the sealing of inside and outside of each connecting member. The first and second refrigerant heat-emitting heater pipes have different diameters. One end of the first and second refrigerant heat emitting pipes is inserted into the end part of the other pipe and is comprised of hollowed first and second fixing parts with different diameters.
