The device has a fixing system comprising a Velcro(RTM: hook and loop fastener), a snap, a button and a zipper(RTM: slide fastener) (1) and arranged between an upper part and a ventral part of a single-piece swimsuit, where the device allows sun-tanning of an abdominal part of women. A season vest (2) is rolled on hip of the women and made of lycra(RTM: spandex), nylon, cotton and viscose.
