The assembly (10) has a connecting pipe (111) connected to a nozzle (11) and inserted in an enlarged mounting portion (21) of a hollow bar (2). Outer diameter of a cylinder (7) is gradually reduced from an upper end to a lower end of the cylinder. The cylinder has an upper space (71) whose inner diameter is greater than that of a lower space (72) of the cylinder. A valve (8) e.g. spiral elastic element (4) or rib, is located in the lower space and movable to open or close a narrowed inlet. A support (9) is threadably mounted on a container for connecting the assembly to the container.
