The device (1) has a mouthpiece (2) comprising a duct extended from a water vapor flow supplying inlet to an outlet. Filtration units filter the flow of water vapor at the outlet. The filtration units are made of filtration material e.g. synthetic foam, to retain water present in a liquid state and to allow passage of the water present in a vapor state. The mouthpiece comprises guiding units (9) for guiding the filtered water at the liquid state. A nozzle (13) is provided at the level of the outlet for spraying the vapor flow. An independent claim is also included for a vapor projection device.
