PURPOSE: An automatic journalizing service system and a method thereof are provided to enable a company to perform financial management by using items and transaction information without an accounting knowledge, and output a report with financial data. CONSTITUTION: A server includes the followings. A search unit(122) provides item information with reference to an item database(111). The search unit searches for accounting title information according to a request of a tax agency terminal(400). A generating unit(121) generates a new item according to a request of a client terminal. A connecting unit(124) connects an accounting title with an item.
