The plate includes a spherical concave receiving surface (7) receiving and supporting a rod tip (3). The rod tip includes a hemispherical convex surface (10) pressed on the receiving surface, and a concave surface (11) receiving and holding an end of a rod (4) to form a curved wall between the convex surface and the concave surface.
