PURPOSE: A punch device for hydro forming is provided to remove failure factors like burst, enhance workability and reduce facility load. CONSTITUTION: A punch device for hydro forming comprises a punch unit(50) and a discharge unit(70). The punch unit is loaded into a hydro forming tube(10) and is associated with an actuator(30). The punch unit consists of a punch head(52) and a connecting member(54). The punch header is loaded into the tube. The connecting member is assembled between the punch head and the actuator. The connecting member comprises a connector(58) and a fixture(62). The connector is assembled to one end of the punch head through a bushing(56). The fixture is assembled to the piston(32) of the actuator. |
