PURPOSE: A multifunctional cross-arm equipped with an insulator for overhead wires is provided to improve working environment by providing shade to a worker through a light-shielding screen. CONSTITUTION: A light-shielding screen is wound or unwound by a winding device. An insulator(600) includes an insulating material(610), a fixing component(620), and a spring(630). The insulating material is equipped with a body part, a connecting part(612), and a fixing component mounting hole(613). The fixing component is movably inserted into the fixing component mounting hole. The spring is fixed to the spring mounting parts(613b,621) of the insulating material and the fixing component respectively. |
