PURPOSE: An aerobic muscle building machine is provided, which enables a user to exercise interestingly since the machine is more complex and efficient. CONSTITUTION: An aerobic muscle building machine comprises: a frame(10) placed in the floor; a J-shaped swing arm(40) in which the upper end is fixed on the frame through the rotation axis(30); a stage(42) attached to the bottom part of a swing arm; and a handle(20) fixed at the upper part of the frame. The rotational direction of the rotation axis is formed to be inclined about the horizontal plane. |
