<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a synthetic resin molded product in which the roughness of an adhesive face can be changed depending on usage, types or the like of seal and the adhesive face having an irregular structure can be also used as a printing face. <P>SOLUTION: The synthetic resin molded product is molded by using a sandblasted mold, and the roughness of irregularities on the surface of the molded product molded by the mold is usable for the adhesive face and the printing face. A relationship between the irregular surface roughness (μm) of the surface of the molded product and the peeling strength of the seal (five-point average) (N) corresponds to one of the following formulae: (1) arithmetic mean roughness (Ra) satisfies y=-1.1318x+r; (2) maximum height (Rmax) satisfies y=-0.1105x+r; and (3) ten-point mean roughness (Rz) satisfies y=-0.1414x+r (where, y represents peeling strength, x represents molded product surface roughness and r represents an initial adhesive force of the seal.). <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
