<p>The clutch runner comprises a first wheel (1), a second wheel (3) coaxial with the first wheel and, preferably, surrounding the first wheel, and pawls (4) connected to the second wheel and engaging with a tooth set (9) of the first wheel to allow one of said wheels to drive the other wheel with it in a first direction of rotation and to turn in a second direction, opposite to the first direction, without driving the other wheel.
