<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor device which improves impedance adjustment accuracy of an output circuit. <P>SOLUTION: A semiconductor device comprises: an output circuit (output buffer 101) including a plurality of unit buffers each having an adjustable impedance; a control circuit (output control circuit 150) selectively activating one or some unit buffer circuits among the plurality of unit buffer circuits; and an impedance adjustment part (impedance adjustment part 30) adjusting an impedance of each of the plurality of unit buffers in response to variation in the number of one or some unit buffer circuits selectively activated by the control circuit. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
