<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a manufacturing cost of a flexible disk. <P>SOLUTION: In the optical disk device and the position control method, a positional guide piece is formed on a turntable which rotationally drives together with a flexible disk, and the position of first light to be emitted to the flexible disk is controlled on the basis of returned light of second light that has been emitted to the turntable having the positional guide piece formed thereon. Thereby, the position of the first light is controlled, in other words, a position of light to be emitted to the flexible disk can be controlled, without forming the positional guide piece on the flexible disk side. A step of forming the positional guide piece on the flexible disk can be omitted, and thereby a manufacturing cost of the flexible disk can be reduced. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
