<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To satisfactorily reduce air suction of an oil pump while retaining a sufficient amount of hydraulic oil in a hydraulic oil storage portion. <P>SOLUTION: A transmission case 16 of a power transmission device 10 includes: a transmission case 17 which houses a transmission 15; and a cover 19 which houses a hydraulic control device 21 that is a component separate from the transmission 15, and which defines a housing space 18 communicating with a hydraulic oil storage portion 20 together with the transmission case 17. In a gap between the transmission case 17 and a valve body 22 of the hydraulic control device 21, a filling member 30 is disposed so as to fill up the gap without interrupting the communication of the hydraulic oil storage portion 20 with the housing space 18. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
