PURPOSE: A method for assembling a thin steel plate form on a shop welded reinforcement beam is provided to reduce construction time and costs by welding a form of a beam on a reinforcement beam in a plant. CONSTITUTION: A method for assembling a thin steel plate form on a shop welded reinforcement beam is as follows. Unit form plates(11) are manufactured using steel plates and installed on both sides of a reinforced concrete beam. A thin steel plate form(1) is formed using joint hooks(13) formed on both ends of the unit form plates. Horizontal reinforcing bars are fixed to reinforcement ribs of the thin steel plate form, and L-beams are fixed to both ends thereof. Horizontal steel plates(16) are fixed to the ends of reinforcement columns, and bolt holes(25) are formed on the horizontal steel plates. A reinforcement beam is inserted into the thin steel plate form. |
