PURPOSE: A fluid dispensing valve is provided to conveniently fix a spool packing, a spool guide bush, and a fluid guide ring by a spool housing is divided into multiple blocks, thereby simplifying assembly and disassembly processes. CONSTITUTION: A fluid dispensing valve comprises a volume chamber body(10), a volume chamber cap(14), a fluid cylinder unit(20), and a spool housing(30). The volume chamber body has an internal volume chamber(12). The volume chamber cap is coupled to the top of the volume chamber body. The fluid cylinder unit flows in and out of fluid filling in the internal chamber while moving upward and down along a fluid supplying direction. A spool(80) is installed in the spool housing. The spool is installed in one side of the fluid cylinder unit to selectively guides that the fluid flows in and out in the upper and lower parts of the internal chamber of the fluid cylinder unit. The spool housing comprises a first housing(40), a second housing(50), a third housing(60), a fourth housing(70), the spool, a first guide(90), a second guide(100), a first guide bush(110), a first packing unit(120), a first o-ring(122), a second guide bush(130), a second packing unit(140), a second o-ring(142), a third guide(150), a third packing unit(170), a third o-ring(172), a fourth packing unit(180), and a fourth o-ring(182). |
