[Problem] To enable easy production of a servomotor while continuing high-precision position adjustment of an optical module. [Solution] An optical module (120) comprises: light-receiving elements for position adjustment (150UL, 150UR) that receive light reflected from a concentric circle slit (CS1) in a rotary disk (110); and a light-receiving element for position adjustment (150D) that receives light reflected from a concentric circle slit (CS2) at a position in the radial direction different from these light-receiving elements for position adjustment (150UL, 150UR). Position adjustment is performed in the inclination direction of the optical module (120) by driving a rotary motor (175) such that the outputs from the light-receiving elements for position adjustment (150UL, 150UR) become substantially equal. Position adjustment is also performed in the radial direction of the optical module (120), by driving a linear motor (174) such that one of the outputs from the light-receiving elements for position adjustment (150UL, 150UR) that has become substantially equal becomes substantially equal to the output from the light-receiving element for position adjustment (150D). |
